Brent J. Dring is the founder of Dring Family Tree Services with over 30 years experience studying and working in the Arboricultural field.  His studies began at Kent State University majoring in Art, but his love of nature and the outdoors, led him to pursue his passion for Trees.  He has been a Certified Arborist (OH-0594A) for over 20 years and holds a Tree Risk Assessment Qualification (TRAQ).  You won’t find many trees around Northeast Ohio that have not been pruned by Brent, from the Cleveland Museum of Art, Kent State University all the way to Oberlin College.  His love of art and trees is evident in his meticulous care for his work creating beautiful landscapes commercially, municipally, and residentially.  Brent is an expert climber and loves working with our clients to establish sustainable solutions while preserving the earth.

When not working, Brent loves spending time with his wife, three children and friends, working, maintaining, and playing at Tilicum Farms, his family farm in Valley City.  Visiting with his in laws near the Lake Erie Islands, camping, music, art, wood working, and tree climbing are favorite activities.
